Jessie Duke Gerzon
Jessie Gerzon is a ritual artist and entrepreneur dedicated to fostering connection and openness, empowering people to contribute their unique gifts to the world. Inspired by her journey with Crohn's Disease, healing, and growth, Jessie thrives in creating spaces where others can slow down, connect with their inner wisdom, and find grounding.
For over six and a half years, Jessie has cultivated a daily cacao practice that has profoundly transformed her life. Through this practice, along with her dedication to somatic healing and nervous system awareness, she has developed strength, softness, patience, gratitude, and courage—qualities she now shares through her work.
As the founder of Bendichas Manos (“blessed hands” in Ladino), Jessie offers a signature adaptogenic cacao blend crafted with ceremonial Mayan cacao and nourishing herbs. She also leads experiences that invite participants to honor the power of their hands, hearts, and intentions in shaping their lives.
Jessie advocates for integrating a cup of cacao into daily life to create moments of embodied safety, grounding, and connection. She believes that even small, intentional practices can deepen relationships with oneself, loved ones, community, work, and the natural world, fostering a ripple effect of transformation.
In addition to her work with cacao, Jessie offers holistic support to founders and individuals—adapting to what’s truly needed, whether in business, purpose alignment, or personal transformation. Her work bridges the practical and the spiritual, bringing depth, clarity, and heart into each collaboration. Whether guiding a business toward integrity and impact, helping shape technology to better serve real people, or supporting someone in their inner growth, Jessie—rooted in cheshbon hanefesh (soul accounting)—meets each client with presence and purpose. She is also the Creator and Host of the Embodied Judaism Podcast, which facilitates conversations on Jewish identity and practice, nervous system healing, plant medicine, and Torah and mitzvot through a somatic lens.
